Position Overview

Strong command of English language and communication skills. Ability to read lawyers instructors, speaking to branches, lawyers. Someone who has strong data entry/ attention to detail. Takes initiative. Not hesitant to reach out for questions or clarity. Always looking for next potential leaders.

What you will achieve in this role:

• Maintenance team- various tasks. Tasks that will support maintenance of a mortgage discharge.
• Triaging solicitor request for mortgage statement
• Data entry into the mortgage tool
• Maintenance of security library
• Collect interest owed payments.

What you will bring to this role:

• Bilingual
• Outlook
• Being able to troubleshoot/navigate through any computer problems.
• Data Entry – 2 years
• Attention to details.
• Accuracy
• Banking/FI/Bookkeeping experience
• Strong communication
