Our client, a leader in the banking industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 6-month contract, with the possibility to extend or become a permanent position. This is a hybrid position in their downtown Toronto office. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and is passionate about providing great quality work.
Responsibilities:
• Maintains MGA/Advisor records on all systems as applicable to ensure timely and accurate payment of compensation.
• This position is a majority data entry into bank EIM system
• 150 updates on average per day -Volume is dependent but usually very busy
• Updates to ENO/license/ Address change inputting info and ensuring system is updated
Qualifications:
• Attention to detail*
• Multitasking though systems and processes
• Strong inputting skills-Typing skills
• Bilingual considered an asset
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Ability to problem-solve and take initiative
