Job Description

Our client, a property management company is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team for a 3 month contract with the potential to extend. This is located in their Markham office. The right person for this position will have great excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. This role is 100% in office with the potential to become hybrid over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in composition of monthly and annual reporting
  • Client services administration
  • Conducting basic accounting duties
  • Report analysis using excel

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in administration
  • Ability to learn quickly, ask questions and work independently
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication
  • Experience with customer service and services
  • Strong excel skills (pivot tables, ability to handle and discern large data sets)
  • Ability to work overtime as required
