Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
What you will achieve in this role:
- Servicing clients that are subscribing to cash management services
- Possible inquiries: account issues i.e. password reset, account access, error messages, etc.
- Technical support within cash management services
- Clients are company customers and company partners
What you will bring to this role:
• Bilingual (English / French)
• Technically Savvy (familiarity with browsers, internal software, MS suites)
• Strong Communication (verbal and written)
